What does the gift cover?
The event's whole plan: with Essential, the personalised invitation and the replies; with Complete, the guest list, the menu options, the seating plan and check-in on the day as well. Nothing is left to pay for what you chose.
Do I need to know which design they will pick?
No. The voucher applies to the plan, not to a particular design — the person receiving it picks the design from the gallery for their event type.
How long is the code valid?
Each voucher has its own validity period, written in the email and on the voucher's page. Check the date there before you hand it over.
How do I pass it on?
The voucher has a page of its own with the code on it. You can send the link on WhatsApp, by email, or copy it into a card.
Does the card show the price?
No. The card shows the names, your message, the event and the plan you gave. The price stays in your order.
Do I need an account to buy one?
Yes. The code stays in your account, under Rewards and vouchers, so you can find it again if the email gets lost.
Can I buy one for any event type?
You pick the event type and the plan when buying, and the voucher covers them for that type. If you are not sure what they are celebrating, ask first — the type cannot be changed afterwards.
