General Terms and Conditions

1. About the platform

Waa (We Arrange All) is an online platform for creating and managing digital invitations for events (weddings, christenings, anniversaries, etc.), available at waa.events. The platform is operated by WEB APPS ARTISAN S.R.L., registered office Ale. Socului nr. 2, București, România, tax ID 49809200, trade register no. J40/6115/2024.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the waa.events platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

3. Services offered

Waa offers:

• Creation of personalised digital invitations for various types of events
• Publishing and sharing invitations via a unique link
• Collecting attendance confirmations (RSVP)
• Guest list management
• Storage and access to created invitations

4. User account

To use the full features of the platform, you need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. Intellectual property rights

The platform's content (design, code, texts, images, logos) is protected by copyright law and belongs to waa.events or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the platform's content without our prior written consent.

Content created by you (texts, photos uploaded to invitations) remains your property. You grant the platform a limited licence to store and display it for the purpose of providing the services.

You are solely responsible for the images and materials you upload and warrant that you hold the copyright or the permissions necessary to use them. The platform assumes no liability for any infringement of copyright or other third-party rights arising from content you upload, and you agree to indemnify us against any related claims.

6. Prices and payments

Some platform features may be available for a fee. Prices are displayed in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through authorised payment processors. We do not store your card details.

The paid service is digital and is activated immediately after payment, and the invoice is issued on the spot. If a technical problem prevents you from using the service, you can request a refund from your account, under Payments, within the period shown there for each payment. We review every request individually and reply within 1–2 working days.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services. We are not liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

8. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified by email or through a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
