About the design
The first frame is white paper; indigo floods down over it with a darker wet front and fingers of colour, leaving a night sky painted in watercolour, with clouds, a dust of light and clusters of gold-leaf stars. The moon is a disc of foil, the names gild themselves letter by letter, and the photographs sit on torn-edged cards. The countdown wears gold medals, the programme is a constellation whose thread comes down as you scroll, the end is the full moon with the monogram. Palettes: plum, silver and emerald.

Which events it suits
It is made for an eighteenth birthday, a night under the stars with one gilded name and the moon carrying its initial, and for evening anniversaries, where the sky and the moon sit naturally beside a party programme.
