Red Marker
About the design
On cold-pressed white paper the names are struck on a typewriter in widely spaced capitals, the ink spreading a little, over a fine line with the date and the place. On opening the marker draws the heart in a single stroke, the typewriter strikes the names letter by letter, the wide photograph develops and the days left are ringed in red. Further down the marker annotates the page: „save the date!” with an arrow, underlines, a crooked box round the photographs, hearts beside the hours. The palettes turn the marker blue or pink, or the paper kraft.

Which events it suits
It is made for weddings and civil ceremonies, where the sober paper and the typewriter letters tell the story without ornament, with the day hour by hour. For an anniversary the photographs annotated with hearts suit a couple, and for a coming of age the pink or kraft palette and a single name struck large give it a young, personal-notebook feel.
