About the design
On white cotton paper the age stands large in matte gold foil between two narrow black columns: the name and “turns” on one side, the day, the hour and the place on the other. Below, the photo is printed in a newspaper halftone, and the huge lower-case title steps over its foot. As it opens, a party popper pulls its own string and pops, confetti fly across the screen, the age stamps itself and the photo prints dot by dot. The album is polaroids taped on in colour, and a “yes” ties on an access wristband.

Which events it suits
It is made for an eighteenth birthday, where the number is the party's poster, with a club, a late hour and friends on the dance floor. For any other birthday the age changes in the invitation's texts, thirty or fifty, and the night or powder-pink palette suits the same party to a dressier evening.
