About the design
The contrast is the whole design: a near-black opening with burgundy depth, ivory for everything after it. Names run in ivory one below the other, stepped left then right and indexed 01 and 02; the top rail carries the edition mark and a champagne-foil seal, and two rings of light turn slowly behind them. An endless ribbon of names and date runs underneath, then a magazine-framed portrait diptych. Cormorant Garamond for headings, Plus Jakarta Sans for text, an itinerary numbered 01–02–03, square-cornered buttons. Burgundy can become emerald or midnight.
Which events it suits
It answers an evening wedding with a dress code and fashion photography: the dark opening announces the room, the diptych asks for two good portraits, and the numbered itinerary holds the registry office, the church and the restaurant together when they sit in different places. Two portraits and three stops — hence the short event-type list: weddings only.
