About the design
Thick ivory cards with gilded edges lie askew on a linen table, one over the other, with white roses, an orchid, hydrangeas, sage and gold leaf between them. As it opens, the wax seal breaks, the flap folds back on its floral liner and the card slides out. The date and hour are written in words, in Cormorant Garamond capitals, the headings in Pinyon Script. The photo lies under a vellum you lift, the countdown is a tag tied with a satin bow, the album a stack of prints, and the reply is filled in by hand and sealed.

Which events it suits
It is made for weddings and civil weddings, where the classic formula, the date in words and a menu card for the day sit naturally together. For an anniversary the same suite tells of an elegant dinner, for one person or a couple. Without photos the main card stands alone on the table; Dove Grey, Powder Blush and Sage change the table, the paper and the gold.
