Veil and Silk
About the design
Everything is layer over layer. On opening a chiffon veil with your monogram covers the screen and the wind lifts it away to the corners, while underneath the vellum sheet with your names in script rises off the photograph. A silk ribbon with a bow crosses the sheet, watercolour pampas tucked beneath it. Further down vellum tags swing on a twine, a wax seal is pressed onto the letter, a vellum sleeve slides off the photographs and the album fans open. Pinyon Script sets the names; the palettes change the wax and the silk: dew, champagne or sage.

Which events it suits
It is made for weddings and civil ceremonies, where vellum, seals and a ribbon say something formal and warm at once. For a christening, with one name and a single initial on the seal, the dew or pearl palette gives the gentleness a child suits. For a wedding with a christening and a couple's anniversary, the sealed tag with the guest's name stays as a keepsake of the day.
