Cake Sparkler
About the design
The most eighteenth moment of the evening, on a raspberry black: the halo of glitter becomes a swarm of pink and gold sparks, and the age is written in its circle with the sparkler, like a long-exposure photograph. The names come in Fraunces, the title glows in Alex Brush. As it opens the lights go down, a lit match walks to the sparkler on the cake, the sparks fall into the halo and the age is written in light. The portrait is an instant print on a string of fairy lights, the countdown runs on foil balloons. Navy and Emerald change the night.

Milestone celebration · Coming of Age
Which events it suits
It is drawn for an eighteenth thrown as an evening party: the cake with its sparkler, instant prints that develop and a VIP wristband for every guest who says yes. For any birthday the age becomes 30, 40 or 50, written by the organizer, and the sparkler writes it the same way, digit by digit. Without a photo, the instant print keeps the initials.
